To place an order,  Go to SHOP page and select the STYLE, COLOR and SIZE you want to add in your cart. Select your CART and click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT if your order is final.

Fill out the checkout form with your complete billing & shipping details, choose your preferred shipping and payment option then click PLACE ORDER.

Placing an order means you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of our policy.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail as your invoice and please take note of your ORDER NUMBER as you will need it upon uploading your proof of payment form.

Please note, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing and be sure to check your email for messages regarding your order.

After payment is settled, you need to submit a Proof of Payment Form so we can start verifying your payment and process your order.

Once you have submitted your proof of payment form, a green note will appear to confirm that your proof of payment form has been sent to us.

Please allow us to check payments within 1-2 business days. No operation on weekends and holidays. Please note, our CUT-OFF for daily shipping (Mon-Fri) is 2PM. Payments after 2PM will be process on the next business day. 

Kindly wait for at least 48hrs for your payment to be verified. As soon as your payment has been verified, your order will be scheduled for dispatch.

Please note, NO WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY OPERATION means NO PAYMENTS WILL BE CONFIRMED AT THIS TIME.

We offer FREE regular shipping locally for orders worth P5000.

For regular shipping within Metro Manila area rate is P60 for the 1st pair and additional P20 per succeeding pair via DPX courier

For regular shipping within Provincial area rate P160 for the 1st pair and additional P50 per succeeding pair via JRS courier

For International orders, you may contact us directly for rates.

We are accepting LBC/GRAB/LALAMOVE SERVICE upon customer’s request for a different rate.

For Metro Manila area 1-3 working days via DPX courier (Regular shipping)

For Provincial area 2-5 working days via JRS courier (Regular shipping)

For International 7-15 working days

To accommodate any issues with fitting, we will accept domestic orders for exchange in their original condition within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Returned shoes must also include the original shoebox and or dust bags, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

If you would like to exchange your shoes for an alternate size, please e-mail us.

We only accept exchange of size if the requested alternate size is in-stock.

Original shipping costs are non–refundable, and another shipping fee will be charged if you choose to change size.

NOTE: No Return, No Exchange for Sale items.

Marnivost reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
